The guy has a knack of getting early wkts with the new ball and would be more than handy in Aus for the WC. No. Too young. Needs to grow and get mature by playing lot of FC before India debut. No pace bowler should debut before the age of 22 and it halts their progress. Ishant, Irfan all suffered the same issue.

I believe he is Not International Level Player neither now and won't bcom Unless he improves his pace at least 10K.....

SHUKLA HAS RAW PACE AND A FRONT ON ACTION, KINDA LIKE FLINTOFF, VERY STRONGLY BUILT AND SHOULD BE NURTURED,KAUL ONE WHO SHOWS MUCH PROMISE BOWLS AT GOOD PACE AND GETS PRODIGIOUS MOVEMENT IN THE AIR AND OF THE PITCH, ISHWAR PANDEY ALSO A TALL BOWLER WHO BOWLS A VERY GOOD CHANNEL AND SEAMS THE BALL BEAUTIFULLY OF THE WICKET AND BOTH WAYS. Selectors should look at building a strong pool of players and different teams for all formats, to have players get rest , avoid injury, more players means more talent coming to the fore and competition for place. Among spinners, R Sharma should not be discarded as he has uniqueness and can succeed at international level, Chawla looks like he has found some more variety and developed his bowling and should be looked at in ODI'S , also is a decent hitter, Jalaj Saxena also is a good classical offie and a good bat. Rahane, Rayudu, Saha , Chand should get more chances on A tours and SELECTORS SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH SEHWAG AND GAMBHIR, Pujara should be playing ODI'S too.
