express bowling Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Pathan, Munaf and Praveen. So more 127 k trundlers to replace the failing 127 k trundlers. Munaf is too lazy, not fit for ODIs. PK generally fails in the subcontinent. Pathan is not the same bowler nowadays without his banana swing. RP was a really good pacer but is not the same pacer anymore. Nehra was decent but I guess he is getting old for ODI pace bowling as his stamina was never a plus point.

gaurav92 Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Nehra was a decent bowlers, and that says a lot about the quality of fast bowlers we have had in our side in the past 10-12 years. :giggle: But yes, we need to look at new bowlers when our so called "experienced" bowlers are getting knocked off. Time for Mohit, Shami Ahmed, Sandeep Sharma, R.Shukla to get their chances. I am sure they will not do worse than our current garbage bowlers.
