Have one smallish tournament with just the best teams with best players and select someone for national team based on his performances in tournament, along with taking his overall FC records into consideration.

Was leading wicket taker in the Ind-SL series (the last he played) before he got injured. He should be back right-away, selectors probably want him to get more match practice before he comes back.

Yes, we need a pace bowling allrounder for WC.Irfan is the best of the available pace bowling all rounders.Rishi is a candidate for future as there are not many matches for him to gather experience for those conditions prior to WC.Irfan has toured abroad enough.It's just a matter of his fitness.if he's fit they can close the eyes and pick him.He's the standout in all aspects.

Im not sure Pathan is the champion he is being made out to be,he was poor in the last Asia cup his bowling is hopeless at the death,dont think we can afford another bolwer like that

He's handy with the bat as well should work hard on his fitness and bowling personally I want him to be one of the members for the 15 man squad in Australia for the WC
