Okay, we don't really play too many twenty20s. So people are asking for him to be axed forever from ODI'S, THE 50 over format is what I am thinking. Can you name me few players who deseve to have a go on regular basis who have done consistently well.? We have been losing every damn odi and odi series. Infact not even been able to win any match. And that was without Yuvraj too. Wake up, this tournament is over. The real big picture is the WORLD CUP, A 50 OVER FORMAT where we have been sucking recently and losing everything. Yuvraj. None other than Kohli with the bat or Dhoni have been consistent. So there is always a room.

yuvi cannot play short ball yuvi cannnot play spin yuvi cannnot swing liability in the filed cannot bowl well also why should we play him in 2015 ? players work on their weakness and become better with time but in yuvi`s case it has been the other way he is developing weakness

We're a very fickle-minded lot and we're willing to forget his contributions in the 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 World Cup because of his failure in this tournament. This is getting monotonous from u.Yuvi has nto been batting well after he recovered form his cancer and all.If u look at his foot movements u can easily find he is struggling to pick the ball and getting beaten for pace which is sad as he was such a destroyer in his good days.Its better he does not tarnish his legacy.

As he as gotten older, he has become a more typical 50 over bat which he showed in 2011 world cup. He is a better 50 over bat then a 2020 beast hitter which is is more a suitable role for Raina and Dhoni from ball one. Yuvraj takes his time, and hence 50 over is perfect for him right now.

Same thing which makes you believe Gambhir can make a comeback, after series of failures(I think he can too.) It's just belief. Our current players are getting a long run and they deserve it, but we have to keep in mind that the results aren't coming and someone need to be dropped if it keeps happening. If i understand correctly you are saying that Yuvraj has turned into some sort of accumulator But that was never his game,he was never one to pick ones and two's like Kohli,even today he was not able to rotate the strike,majority of his runs come in boundaries.His running between the wickets is also not sharp as before,doesnt deserve a place in any Indian squad as of now,unless he truly sorts out his game.
