Straight Drive Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 As a MI fan i am not excited by this signing. He was injured and did rehabilitation post injury at NCA along with Dhawal Kulkarni in 2014. Not wise to select replacement for injured players who have been themselves injured few months back. However, with the auction being done, MI have a very little pool of bowlers to choose from. As far as his strength is concerned, it is swing. He is few of Indian bowlers who get swing. His weakness is his temperament as anyone can get under his skin easily. We have seen few bowlers get swing in this IPL, so i won't be surprised if he gets swing too at various venues. However, he is just coming back from injury and has not played as much cricket as other cricketers, so he might be having a tough time due to lack of top class preparation.
