adi B Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 2 spinners May be tried at oval but not anywhere else.India should go with 5 bowlers at any cost,drop binny and play a 4th pacer or play the same 11 and give binny more overs. We can't go with four bowlers,the 3 frontline pacers will get worn out and this is a long series so u need ur pacrrs fresh in every match. All said and done,dhoni will defo play the same 11 in the next match

rkt.india Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 The idea of 5th bowler is to keep main bowlers fresh and maybe pick 1-2.That hardly happened.Main bowlers were all ground to dust.Binny bowled mainly during last wicket partnership only that is wrong. You never play 5th bowler just to give others rest. You can bowl part timera for that. Its all about taking wickets. Our problem was we played with 3 bowlers instead of supposed 5.
