Only Shaheen is tried and tested and proven at this level . Naseem seems to have found a bit of consistency and I personally think Dahani will be a good bowler.

 

The rest have pace but little else. Hasan Ali has been horrible. Rauf loses the plot and gets smashed at crucial junctures, Hasnain was a chucker and with a remodeled action, was probably the worst bowler in the Hundred along with Sean Abbott.

Cricket Australia went through a phase when they had no idea how to develop genuine quicks. 

If you look at the early 2010's, every young bowler of theirs was breaking down with back stress fractures and the worst affected was Pattinson.

 

Pattinson  was the best of the lot since he generated the most bounce. 

 

But they had people with enough knowhow about biomechanics, body types and workload management and each of Starc, Hazlewood and Cummins were given enough drills to keep their actions intact etc. 

 

Someone with Bumrah's action would never make it through their system.

I am afraid, we are again going in the 90's by stocking the team with slow bowlers.
Even under Ganguly we had Nehra, Zak and Srinath who were capable of bowling in late 130's to mid 140's. Srinath at the end of his career used to touch 140 with ease while Avesh has to grunt like Black Bolt to hit 140.
 

According to phattu parkis they are all trundl3rs hahahha.

They can't digest that Indians are bowling faster than them. Their entire cricket is based on the constant comparison with India. 

 

Srinath who is 2 years older than Waqar was faster than him in 2003 WC, despite the fact that Srinath lost considerable amount of pace due to his injury in 1997. 

 

Even now, Umran and Kartik will leapfrog Rauf in terms of pace (and quality).

Consistent 140's, hitting a length and seaming it in. Very good bowling

So Pakistan dismiss HK for 38 while HK score 152 for 5 against us ( without Hardik )

 

Shows the difference in wicket taking abity between the 2 sides to some extent.

 

Apart from Hardik.and Bhuvi, our bowling is looking super trash.

Dravid loves his trundlers...  Seems like Rohit too.   Players like Avesh won't get a shot under Shastri's India.

Hasnain playing instead of experienced Hassan. If India would have been in a similar situation they would have picked some "experienced" trundler.

No one could ever get consistent run during Shastri. Including Pant. How is that a good thing?
