Andhra has Yarra but hasn't seen him play in a long time. Kushang Patel is also faster than anyone from TN or Andhra currently even Karnataka except prasidh.

Yhh kushang looks decently quick, broad shouldered guy, Baba shafi Pathan looked quite impressive few years back for Baroda, Gujarat infact is a very talented cricketing state, Amar Singh was Gujarati, amarsinh nakum was his team name

munaf, irfan are much better than current bunch of "pacers" from Gujarat. Nowhere did I claim that Gujarat is producing the worst pacers in the country.  it is true that most S. Indian teams rely heavily on spinners, with TN being the most evident example. There was a time, however, when both Andhra and Hyd had decent pacers - not int'l level, but domestic stalwarts (e.g., vijaykumar). likewise, Karnataka had a decent pace attack even up to a few years ago, although Prasidh was the only "quick" bowler.

Unadcutter is not "a lot faster" than his fellow leftie Natarajan from TN, to pick just one example. Nattu did better in Aus tests despite being a T20 specialist than Unadcutter.

Mohsin is a better bet for 9, I don't think he is a no 8 material.
You can say Arjun, Hangargekar are no 8 materials, Hangargekar hasn't put a foot wrong till now and Arjun also did good job so far this year.

Both are primarily bowlers, with a bit of batting ability.
9-11 is where we have to make a call if we're going with 1 spinner + 2 pacers or all 3 pacers.

yeah, I don't think he is no. 8 as well, even for LOIs. probably no. 9 or no. 10 material since he is less than likes of cummins, starc who bat at 8 or 9

Nattu at his best a few years ago was touching 140 quite often. 135-142 ish. Then he got called for chucking. Had to remodel his action. Now he is around 132-138 ish.

Tn have this guy in t20 lokesh raj who is rapid. Undacutter plain sucks. Quota pick fraud.

Very very impressive approach ,but it is expected someone from Aus,SA

They rate pace bowling and have right kind of mentality towards it to harness maximum from pace

Unlike our setup which endorses safe meek cricket and fear of failure is deep instilled into a pace bowler even the wrist spinners

'The focus was on being patient and hitting right areas’ - Paras Mhambrey reveals India’s day 4 bowling plan against Bangladesh

'patient' and 'hitting right areas'

The most common phrase in Indian cricket "hitting the right areas' this term is so anti fast bowling because these pathetic coaches have this mindset

that every genuine fast bowler is some wayward inconsistent spray gun hence indirectly every medium pacer is someone who hits the right areas.

Spinners can play the long game. But fast bowlers have to focus on making things happen and not waiting it out especially when nothing much is happening in the pitch. Pushing batsman back with some bouncers and bowling the odd fuller stump directed delivery is attacking mindset something which trundlers like Mhambrey have never tried in his playing days. He could only play the patience game because he was not capable of bowling quick bouncers and yorkers and is now expecting his bowlers do the same. That's why we need coaches like Lee, Donald or Steyn to bring about a change in mindset.

Yea doesn't help when people in India regurgitate the same crap to everyone around.

They always talk about line and length. Even my uncles are like wow look at bhoobi. What control. No one can swing it like him. Yet they completely ignore how well aggressive bowlers like kuldeep or umran perform. They discard them cheaply after one or 2 bad games. Yet control and line and length trundlers are raved about.

Reminds me of the comments in "The Covert Indian" youtube channel..."theek se bowling kar", "line length pe bowl kar", "mujhe hattrick chahiye" etc etc
Paras Mhambrey seems a fan of that channel.

Lol I have a uncle who was like this to, we were watching the Asia cup game the first India pak one, bhuvi and arshdeep bowled well, he was all phrase for their line and length until arshdeep got hammered at the end by tailenders, naseem and co were unplayable in the second innings, with pace and hard lengths by the time Asia cup ended he become anti trundler and rightly so.
