I would probably rest all 3 of Shami, Bumrah, Siraj. Shami anyway doesn't make sense in T20's.

Look at Siraj's fielding effort and body language today. Either he is doing it deliberately, or doesn't care. Horrible, horrible attitude. Koi ehsaan nahi kar rha maidan mein utarkar. Enough is enough, he too needs a sack for this kind of attitude. Munaf Patel in 2011 showed more urgency.
