Long format bowling is something Pakistan don't seem to be prioritising nowadays, if not having altogether given up on it. T20s are the only game in town. This series may be an even worse one than the last one where Ponting said he has never seen a worse touring attack.

He is a 2 over bowler...once the ball lose it's shine he just start bowling within himself to avoid any injury.

 

He is a brand now in Pakistan, perhaps the biggest one currently, hence him playing every goddamn game is important for broadcasters.

I am confused. Do we want to go back to trundler era of 80s and 90s? How are such players even allowed to play at the top level. 

 

You will never see sena nations pick such bowlers unless it's for a number 7 8 or at worst case 9 role.

Naseem is a star. Consistently quick in tests for the last three or four years. He hits 140 most consistently out of all teat bowlers.
