Sakib isn't as fast as Ashok. He is also much younger.

He is .... but very often bowls really good lines at 145 to 150 k and picks loads of wickets. 

 

Ashok has 22 wickets from just 10 games in this SMAT.

 

So expectations are high from him.

Tyagi is waste in KKR...he is a non serious bowler. Dont think KKR will waste their time on him.

And I think he will get quite a few games due to his 150 k pace. It brings in more viewership.

Liked what GT did with Siraj and Pradish but do not see gurnoor or Ashok getting much game time....

 

In case they play 3 pacer then Rabada, Siraj and Pradish will be starter and then they have Arshad, Gurnoor, Ashok, Yarra , Ishant is there too ,right ??

This is a good Smat season, some proper fast bowlers, wrist spin and not much of LA slow and trundlers this season.

Now its easy to assess the batters' quality, should  have speedometer in all the games.

LSG half of the pacers they have are unfit or half-fit so soo many of them --Shami, Mohsin, Mayank are injured or half fit. Think Naman should get some game LA fast clocked up to 145 kmph in UPt20 league

MI has just stopped investing or finding new pacer, all low potential pacers since Bhumrah. Izhar is also LA but Ashwini will get the 1st few games because of IPL exp.

RR yes Sandeep with be starter with Archer then they will switch btweeen Yudhvir,sen or may be Mishra's LA fast gets his bit of advantage 

RCB :: Bhuvi will be starter and then do not think Dayal will play IPL

Ashok brings in the X factor with pace..not sure if GT has any express pacer. They let go off Tyagi & Sushant, perhaps Nehra wasnt impressed.

Prasidh did bowl lots of 145 k to 150 k balls for GT.

 

Not doing it for India though and mostly operating within 140 k to 146 k. Which is why one may question his India commitment.
