Pace All rounder should be capable to bowl his 3 to 4 overs at 140K + speed and maintain same pressure that main bowlers do. See BRAR , even in his first match he got success and was asimpressive as BOOM/Arshdeep/Siraj/Harshit rana have been in the past when they debuted. it is very clear that BRAR belongs to INDIAN Team. even the CSK trundler had also debuted in a test on australian grounds , he was attacked and hit for so many runs , v know he does not belong to international cricket. believe me NKR does not belong to international cricket. Thats the issue no Ind batter can bowl and no bowler can even hold the bat and hence the imbalance in the side , so have to find some1 who can do it. Only Arshad can bat hit few 4/6 and stitch a small partnership, and bowl 140+ kmph but they did not develop him, Ind will need to field 4 pacers +1 spinner bowling line-up in the wc. who are those options, Pandaya can not be the 5th bowler he has to be 6th bowler and also need a cover for him incase he does not bowl 7 or more overs. This will be highly likely 1st 11 of Ind going into the SA wc, 6 bowling options, 1 spinner and Pandaya and Reddy adding some batting and much needed fire power in the lower/lower middle order, axar just deepens the batting line-up and may be used a LH floater. Player Name Role Rohit Sharma Opening Batter Shubman Gill (C) Opening Batter Virat Kohli Top-Order Batter Shreyas Iyer Middle-Order Batter KL Rahul (WK) Wicketkeeper-Batter Hardik Pandya Pace All-Rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy Seam All-Rounder Axar Patel OR Kuldeep Yadav Tactical Spin Slot Jasprit Bumrah Fast Bowler Mohammed Siraj Fast Bowler Arshdeep Singh Fast Bowler

Bumrah Think they will go with Siraj in 1st few games and then only decide if they want to continue or not, can not go with 2 in exp. bowlers in the wc specially when Ind bowlers find it hard to make a come back when batters go after them. On rohit , think they(kolhi and rohit) have made a deal with board that they will give-up 2 formats for a sure place in Odi wc. The only thing that can happen is rohit himself calling it a day or board do what it did with sachin.

The young pacers won't be inexperienced if they get to play in the meantime. And everyone, apart from Bumrah, will get hit uf batsmen go after them. Siraj is basically a first spell pacer in white ball cricket. 3 overs upfront may work in T20Is ... but in ODIs he will have to bowl 5 to 6 overs later on. Prasidh is straight and accurate so he gets lot of LBW. Arshdeep is shrewd and clever.( i kinda Hate him and if i was agarkar, i would have dropped him) ARSHAD Khan , Mukesh chowdhary and sushant mishra - left arm fast bowlers look impressive too. Seems Agarkar is backing Arshad khan ahead of Mukesh and Sushant. as per my research Sushant is the fastest among the three @express bowling @rkt.india @Suhaan @tweaker @Mosher @singhvivek141 what do u say ..who is the fastest among the three left arm pacers . arshad is agarkar's favourite as of now. Mishra is quickest of all LA pacers in Ind, then all are same pace high 130s and early 140s with effort ball reaching 145 kmph:- Naman, Arshad, Mohsin, Mukesh. If mohsin remains fit he can easily be Ind regular in white-ball. But overall Mukesh is more polished bowler he is skiddy and has ability to bring the ball back into the Rh batter. After injury he has not lost much pace and is trying to play full domestic season. Mohsin/Mukesh can #1/2 bowler in white-ball line-up, Arshad can only be the #3. Mishra has potential if developed quickly to be regular in Ind white-ball. Naman is new but was closing 140+ kmph in upt20 and he can also bat a bit not sure if he can do it at intnl level or not with bat. Edited June 14 by tapandrun vishalvirsingh and express bowling 1 1

The issue is rohit is on fast decline and Iyer playing on bouncy tracks and KL is kl. Ind dint develop options for any of them. Any player suggeted as replacement has near to 0 Odi track record and is either a t20 player or ppl are just seeing some kind of odi potential in them. Odi wc side can not be built on near 0 exp. specially when team is playing condition different from home conditions, odi wc needs a lot of planning and thought process. express bowling 1

Gurnoor bowls 138 to 148 k, capability to bounce at a much faster pace > arsh more skilled but 122 to 139k. Gurnoor bats better than ARSHDEEP. Yash Thakur is a much faster ( upto 145k Pacer) and a much better bowler than NITISH. every Nitish's over he gives one or 2 slow balls which can go for a 6. check out his bowling analysis . Nitish is a better batsmen but Yash also bats well. Bishnoi is a very good Spin bowler and Manav is the best Left arm Spinner in the country today. one of them should be in 11.

And they place a lot of importance on cumulative Ranji stats. They dislike the preferential treatment that quick or hit the deck pacers get. Their hearts lie with domestic cricket hard workers who have low natural ability. They want pacers to toil hard in Ranji Trophy for 5 to 7 years, prove their worth, gain eggsperience, drop their pace to 135 k and then come in. They can't think out of the box or spot which pacers may do well in international cricket. This works for spinners and batsmen not for express fas bowlers express bowling 1

Jasprit Bumrah averaging 19.x Yet our ex-cricketers never learn. Gurnoor Brar has played 18 FC matches but Dodda Ganesh talked about the need for a " body of work " before selection and taunted about 'hit the head pacers'. And Gavaskar talked about the need for monitoring such 145 k pacers instead of bringing them in to play test matches. [ Despite Gurnoor playing both Ranji and then A team tests and doing well ]. Indians ex-cricketers are the last persons you should listen to when it comes to selecting new quick pacers. Mosher 1

express bowling Posted June 15 Author Posted June 15 @Lone Wolf bro just posted in the tournament thread that Ashok Sharma has been selected for the India A List A squad in SL replacing injured Yudhvir. Very happy ! BUT 1 ) It shows that Ashok is fit and he was ignored by both GT and Agarkar earlier. 2 ) It shows that it is GG and Morkel asking for quick pacers like Gurnoor and Harshit ... and Agarkar likes low ceilng pacers like Kamboj etc. 3 ) How much of the ODI tournament is left for Ashok to make a mark ? Get Ashok Sharma in the multi-day A team squad in place of Kamboj. Play Gurnoor, Ashok and Nabi for the Unofficial Tests in SL. Mosher, MK55 and pramodk 3
