Yeah his criticism of sreeshanth,also in Ipl finals he was blaming senior players when he was the senior most. There is a reason why he gets the flak. I had argued before that yes he has the case to make it as India's wk-bat in an all time X1 based on his numbers no denying that but doesn't make him either a worldbeater wk-bat in the gilchrist or Boucher mould. Or neither is he in sanga or abdv mould where he can walk in solely as a batsman. Yeah he is defintetely above the kamran akmals,kaluvitharanas of the world....maybe comparable to mccullum. But as a captain he doesn't bring anything to the table.

Well of course. As a wicket keeper, he is terrible. We have so many Gilchrists and Flowers waiting on the sidelines. Dhoni would not make it into my gully cricket team. And less said about his batting, the better. Dont you know modern day wicket keepers need to average 50+ everywhere. Dhoni averages a measly 30 something in away tests. Saha would average atleast 50 just because his technique is so so much better. And ohh I forgot to abuse him on his captaincy. Virat and Pujara are much better leader than him, almost every Indian is. Seniors won him Test No.1 status and World cups and what he gave them in return, 0-8!! He was the sole reason for our 0-8 debacle. His handling of our golden generation of super fast bowlers is appalling. India has always been the land of great captains and express pace bowlers. I wonder when he will be kicked out of the Indian team for good. :orderorder:

He made exceptional changes and plans in the 2nd innings. Jadeja brought on early got the wicket, after Cook and Ballance were getting comfortable, bought on Shami, he struck first ball. Plan for Sharma to bowl bouncers came off. Still wouldn't back him to score more than 10 in a test
