Consider what kind of pressure Judge would have gone through before delivering this judgments. We need to know why prosecution had removed their objection from bail. What was going on there? I am pretty sure Karnataka govt must have put some pressure on PP not to oppose bail in order to prevent the situation between the states escalated.
