True. Well, @ Adelaide - what kind of professionalism can we expect from Nohit (an utter non-professional he is), raw Saha, and a 1970s style bunny tail-enders. Zilch!

Personally, I feel that most of it is due to lack of temperament. Sure - there's some deficiency of skills too but largely this is a temperament issue. Some of the players are not just not tough enough to grind it out there when things are going against their way.

In Adelaide Aaron and Co given away easy runs both innings and we lost the match by 48 runs. Different situation here but same story. Why can't our bowlers bowl straight at good length with some pace for a few overs and to wait till the batsmen make a mistake.

The biggest mistake that Indian bowlers do when they see a tail ender is they change the way they bowl. They expect the tail enders to throw their wickets away like how they do when they bat. So they start bowling bouncers and bowl a few good deliveries at the start but once the lower order batsman doesnt throw his wicket away, they get frustrated and start trying too hard like bowling short pitched deliveries and wide deliveries. Once the batsmen start scoring off those loose deliveries, they get even more frustrated. The strategy should be simple. Bowl to a lower order batsman the same way you bowl to a top order batsman. You can bowl a bouncer occasionally to a lower order batsman to intimidate him or push him on the backfoot or try to disturb his concentration. But just bowl on off stump, 4th stump line. Try to bowl as many deliveries as you can at the tailender and a few deliveries will do something in the air or off the pitch or bounce low or high which will get the tail ender to make an error in judgment(they usually do because they are not proper batsmen) and get an lbw, bowled or a catch. Its not bloody rocket science.

Back in it already settle down :haha: Lead is pretty much covered. Still 9 wickets in hand and Aus bat last when phaast brigade can potentially roll them over, there's a 1 in 3 chance of that I'd say if batting puts up a score you'd expect from here on.

Yadav got 2 of his 3 with bounce, Aaron was bowling some well directed bouncers. When it worked, there was no credit but moment it failed, and that too due to bowling, he is suddenly the sole reason why we are in this position.
