And we all know where he ended ! only if he continues like how munaf did showing bad discipline and not working on his fitness. This guy is work in progress like any other bowler. was too raw last season now he seems to be picking up wickets. good time probably to give some exposure on A tours.

Eden isnt a bouncy track anyway.

Doesn't work that way in India...he will cut down on pace to be a "skill bowler" to avoid injuries,enhance his career. Kuruvilla,Munaf Patel,Ashish Nehra prime examples. Even Zak did that but even with improved skillset he was hitting 130-135 on an average. Look at Pankaj Singh,he was supposed to be a highly skilled bowler but got carried away with international cap and tried to bowl phaaast,in the process was trundling in later spells and lost the skills that made him succesful in domestics, Point I am trying to make is unless,he improves his fitness levels to not compromise on pace,he will be another lost cause......20-23 is an ideal time if you don't turn it around now then it is curtains
Texan Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 From what I saw, he seems to be bowling 125 - 130. That is sufficient if he can swing the ball and bowl accurately. Here's a video of him taking 5 wickets. Swing is definitely impressive. sZuCmOrSXTo

I was very impressed by him last season, in one match as he was getting nip of track but control was not as good .. Domestic speed guns are never accurate I have always found them to be bit slower ..

And I agree we do not want green tracks but good tracks but for some reason curators do not get it . Pitch should be hard and help seamers but also be good for batting and spinners should also come into play but it seems like no one is able to produce such tracks even for tests ,ranji is far fetched ..

Check Delhi vs Mumbai Vijay Hazare match highlights, was bowling in mid to high 130s.
