sscomp32
The most important one, he is a brave man. He didn't quit when he saw that he has to deal with sharmas all the time. Any other person would have refused to lead a team filled with our phaast boilers. :cantstop: Link to comment

rkt.india
WTF, that was too hasty - shocked. He could have played 1 last one with some grace. Guess Dhonis room was next to Virat and Plastikousha where he might have heard his desire to lead India :haha::haha::haha: Link to comment

Gambit
For what it's worth, Arnab Goswami was laying into Dhoni saying he retired as he did not want to play under Kohli and that he has shamed the nation. :cantstop: :bird: Link to comment

StriKe
#BarkingArnab is trending from yesterday.. Arnab was blaming Dhoni for retiring mid series but still captaining CSK and playing in IPL it seems. Link to comment
asterix
Guys don't be sad. He never enjoyed playing in test cricket... It was only dragging him down and him dragging the team down. Although a decision too late but hasty, being in mid-series, it'll give him the best chance to prolong his career in ODIs where he's the best...playing all the 3 formats was pretty demanding on him, especially being the WK... Now he can focus on ODIs for a longer period of time... Link to comment
PBN
actually im not convinced. i dont even know what to google to get images from this particular event tried a variety of search combinations It's an old pic that's been posted on ICF many times before. It's real, just taken at a weird angle/moment. The event was him inaugurating Blades of Glory cricket museum. Search for 'Sachin Tendulkar blades of glory' Link to comment
Magneto
For what it's worth' date=' Arnab Goswami was laying into Dhoni saying he retired as he did not want to play under Kohli and that he has shamed the nation. :cantstop: :bird:[/quote'] This 'the nation wants to know' episode was utterly ridiculous even by Arnab standards. The way he was claiming that Dhoni has 'insulted' and 'humiliated' the nation in front of the whole world. It is amusing to see to what extent can Arnab embarrass himself in order to garner TRPs. StriKe
Chetan Narula @chetannarula · 31m 31 minutes ago MS Dhoni is not going to speak to the media about his retirement. No press conference, nothing planned to that effect. #AusvInd Chetan Narula @chetannarula · 30m 30 minutes ago In that light, the earliest we will be able to question/interact with him about his decision is the start of tri-series. That's 17th Jan. Chetan Narula @chetannarula · 28m 28 minutes ago MS Dhoni to stay on in Australia with Indian team (as of now). *Added 'as of now' because its Dhoni. Number
'Captain cool' Dhoni broke down after telling teammates about retirement http://www.firstpost.com/sports/captain-cool-dhoni-weeps-announcing-retirement-2024157.html I am the happiest person about this decision. But this one makes me sad. He is amongst the emotionally strongest sportsmen I have seen. Him crying is not something I can easily imagine. Link to comment
