Kalia_Test Posted March 5, 2015 Posted March 5, 2015 Actually, our (Hyderabad ) competition is not with other Indian cities. We left them long ago. We will now compete with Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, etc and then move to Europe. No resting till we are recognised as best in world.

I have nothing against Hyderabad, just sharing the fact. So you make that generalization based on few colleagues of yours. Also for knowledge their is Internet. What you need is a smart brain.

Infrastructure wise I would say Delhi is the best by a wide margin. Its world class . But then it has problems of weather and pollution. Overpopulation, because all parts of India aren't equally developed. I feel if weather was like what its like in Oct-Nov. all year long, no one will ever leave Delhi.

In terms of %age returns Hyderabad has been very poor compared to other cities. That means very little . 90% of them are fake experience . a few exceptions here and there who wer good , all my bad experiences in IT have been working with guys from Andhra . recently I interviewd and selected a guy & 2 months later the guy who joined was completely different person . when we questioned , he went absconding from next day ..so we went ahead with this gurl who we took a skype interview ..she joined in next few weeks & guess what ? Can you believe the audacity ? Unfortunately 9 out of 10 resumes we get are from your state & we have to reluctantly take them just to fill positions ..thats how our Industry works .

Anyway, this is not about IT but how wonderful a city Hyderabad is :--D It shows that we lead quality life :two_thumbs_up: It needs to be made capital of India :agree:

But I dont know if justarrived works in Indian off shoring company but even big Indian companies send 3 -4 years experience guys to on site as managers or architects.
