Sri Lankans lost too many wickets regularly to put any decent total. Apart from Thirimane, no one else showed any intention..too much pressure. That shortish midon/midwicket fielder turned out to crucial in picking wickets against the spinners. Congrats South Africa!

Tahir is really the key for South Africa from this point onwards.. Everyone know what their pace attack brings to the table, but if Tahir able to bowl this way for the remainder of the tournament, there’s very little stopping them from being crowned champions.
