Sydeny ODI 2003/04 VB series Yuvi Lax hundreds. D/L Brett Lee winning it on the last ball. 2. Champions trophy 2000. Indian knocking out world champions. Yuvi's debut innings of 84 and Zak getting Steve Waugh bowled at a crucial point in death overs by a yorker in his debut game. :two_thumbs_up:
Sid Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Aus have mostly mauled Ind in ODI most of the times ,so I dont remember many.It has to be the QF win but the recent one at Jaipur was very satisfying too,chasing such a colossal score with consummate ease was awesome irrespective of the conditions.

That never give up attitude Aussies and easily role over attitude of Indian teams has made this rivalry mostly one sided in Odis. Sachin 175 was one of the best innings and a match again where India snatched defeat from jaws of victory.

During the innings break Australian coach complained that one of the boundaries should have been a six. Umpires agreed and revised the score to 237. It rained during the break and the game was reduced to 47 overs. The pre D&L days target was reduced by 2 runs and available overs by 3. India lost by 1 run.

flamy Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Oh man so many memories. The CB series and the 2011 QF are the ones at the top of my head. Ind-Aus is IT for me. Don't care about silly rivalries with Pak etc. India-Aus, I believe brings about the best in the current Indian team under Dhoni.
