Yes, perhaps BSP and BJP are better at controlling some of the gundagardi, but this hooliganism has now got ingrained in the culture. As can be seen in the journalist burning incident, UP police is an extension of the gundas of the ruling party. I feel sorry for the officer that has had the courage to take on the mighty and powerful. I pray for his safety.
