I also don't think Pakistan would want to revive the terrorism in Punjab, it will backfire on them. This seems to be a terrorist attack on Kargil Vijay Diwas and may be against Yakub hanging.

Gurdaspur is border to Jammu. In past month there was very frequesnt border skirmishes and fires along Jammu border.
