Did he surrender without any fight ?? If this guy is a terrorist then first thing police or BSF or army should have done is interrogate him and torture the bastard, not allow him to give interviews :facepalm: He is happy because he will finally get laid, 72 angels await. Not to mention the "shaheed" tag he will get in some countries, that should also lift the spirits up.
