It is simply a case of argument between two people where girl took advantage of being girl.I have seen very well to do boys/men harass unknown girls and women walking on the streets. This is not unheard of in Delhi. In this case however, the girl's story lacks evidence, and the CM of Delhi and the Delhi police have jumped the gun, the latter going to the extent of announcing a cash reward!
