Don't think there was any problem with respect to security in Dubai or Sri lanka.Its just that we cannot have bilateral events going on when there is so much of tension at the borders.

At the end of the day, if the government is in two minds and fans are not interested, you need to respect that. Most fans are not craving for it,but if it happens ,they will be glued to the TV no doubt. The boards don't care if we are interested or not...if there is $$ ...they will grab it. Just that this time it was supposed to be a home series for pakistan and BCCI would not get much out it. Therefore they were hardly intrested despite the MOU. No matter how much PCB cry about boycotting ICC tournaments in India and not playing us again....just a call from BCCI in the future and they will be hanging there tounges out for a series.BCCI is just playing with them.
