gakgupta Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 (edited) After seeing the highlights today, i strongly believe one of these guys will go on and play for india as Wk / Bastman. Earlier, back in 2003-04, similar situation arised between dinesh karthik and MSD. Most of the cricket fans believed that Karthik will go on and play for india. But MSD sealed his place (first in ODI's and then in Test matches) Now, whom do you think will play for india....... Kishan or Pant? Yeah...there are other names like samson, bains, barath and others ....Except Bains (whom i haven't seen batting), others don't have X factor or not regular keepers... There might be a stop-gap keeper for few years in the form of Ojha / Saha but that won't last......... My vote for ishan kishan.....he looked really really good (doesn't know about his keeping credentials) Edited February 1, 2016 by gakgupta tweaker 1

I should say exceptional as everyone from either teams has got single digit scores but this guy went on to score century (or close to it)
MK55 Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Hopefully both get selected for IPL and are included in the playing 11. Would like to see how they perform against international quicks. We'll always be producing good batters its the bowlers that I'm worried about.
