All pakistani bowlers clocked higher speeds in both the asia cup game , the worldcup game in 2015 and the worldt20 than their indian counterparts. In test matches pakistan play sohail who is a clever bowler and along with amir who if he wants to can bowl 5 -6 ks quicker than any bowler in India form a formidable attack that wins pakistan test matches. Amir is almost always around 90 mph in LOIs . That is quicker than the likes of shami and ishanth . Rewatch his 2nd over . Speeds of 93 , 95 , 96 mph Amir does not clock 90 in odi consistently he is slower than most Indian odi bowlers Ishant shami yadav Aaron. .soon there would be couple more..wahab is on par but slower than Aus bowlers. express bowling and tweaker 2 Link to comment

He is usually the quickest in tournaments as well . Although world cricket has not seen an express bowler in the last 5 years or so . Apart from starc and wahab no one has bowled a delivery above 155 kph . World cricket was blessed to have akhtar and lee playing at the same time . We havent seen spells of 152kph plus bowling like akhtar vs newzealand , lee vs srilanka or tait vs pakistan in a long long time. tweaker 1 Link to comment

Tibarn
Starc has bowled 160.4 kph before. His average bowling speed was consistently around 142-145 kph the entire series vs Lanka. I would say he is the fastest. tweaker 1 Link to comment

Definitely. I also get the same from Warner, he is obnoxious on the field but pretty good with the fans off it. He's always interacting with children during the IPL, which gives him points in my book. TheWall and tweaker 2 Link to comment

He was bowling 142 k to 144 k deliveries at will even in the last spell of the day while maintaining good accuracy.
