you have a right to go to the flag hoisting, but whether or not you exercise the right is your choice and should be yours not for SC to dictate. For instance, nation should not tell you what to do while pooping, pooping is an internsely personal moment, why would they put any rules around it. Similarly to a less intrusive extent and less complicated from an enforcement point of view unfortunately, comes in the flag moment in cinemas. Imagine some folks going to a movie for some 'bit' scenes, imagine having to stand for national anthem ahead of it, it will serve to belittle the whole concept of the nation.
