BeautifulGame Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 Mine : Azhar Ali Rahul Pujara Kohli Steve Smith Stokes De Kock Ashwin Herath Starc Rabada For me Kohli Smith Stokes and Ashwin are sure picks . Not really much with the openers as most of the others have struggled .Ali and Rahul well above everyone else . Real toss ups were between Root and Pujara @ no.3 and Wicket Keeper between Bairstow and De Kock . Also tough to choose between Jadeja and Herath .But unlike Jadeja , Herath had to shoulder the responsibilities single handledly so deserves his place .Better figures than Jadeja as well this year . Rabada and Starc the best pacers though Shami unlucky to miss out . tweaker and G_B_ 2
Cricketics Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 That is a good team however, I will have Cook for either opener. My team Cook Root - He can open and will do fine. Pujara Kohli Smith Bairstow Ashwin Yasir Rabada Abbott Starc

Brathwaite scored 592 at avg of 59. Azhar scored 734 at avg of 61. Azhar, Cook, Rahul and Brathwaite all have done better than Warner. Even Sami Aslam has performed better.
chewy Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 (edited) Braithwaite, Lokesh, Root, Kohli (c), Smith, De Kock (wkt), Stokes, Ashwin, Yasir, Starc, Rabada Gone with an all weather team, can play this team on any conditions. Stokes and Ashwin provide excellent all-round capability. Edited December 22, 2016 by chewy
BeautifulGame Posted December 23, 2016 Author Posted December 23, 2016 i can score 500 in home tracks against minnows WI Warner scored on raging turners in SL What scored ? He miserably failed in that Srilanka series averaging 28 with just a single 50.

He averaged 27 in that series. How is he ahead of Rahul, Brathwaite and Cook then? Ironically Warner scored runs against WI only at home this year.
Trichromatic Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Just now, Viper said: Because he has 300 on a patta ? against WI that's why he is ahead When did Warner score 300?
