Pacer RP Singh Threw Little Fan’s Phone Who Wanted To Click Selfie With Him

In an unfortunate incident on Friday in Holkar stadium, RP Singh was seen on camera seizing smartphone of a fan while fielding on the boundary line and throwing it away. The saddest part was that the fan was a kid and he was asking RP to take a selfie.

It all happened on the 4th day of the match which was played between Mumbai and Gujarat. The kid was trying to extend his hands, saying, “photo please, ek selfie lelo, ab tumhe Gujarat ko support karna padega.” (Please click a selfie of us from my phone, now you will have to support Gujarat).

What the heck was he thinking there???

But very unnecessary from RP Singh should have just ignored the kid

For all we know this kid was taunting him throughout the match. Unprofessional yes. But lets not cast judgement based on this.

 

I also dont know why he said you will now have to support Guj. Wasnt he playing for Guj?

Maybe the Kid was Mumbai supporter and he probably meant I will only give back the mobile only if u support Gujarat

I don't think any context justifies that reaction by RP. It's a kid, RP! 

 

Really have an issue with the kid's behavior, report him to security and have him escorted out of the stadium. Or just have a chat with him. Or ignore him. It's a friggin kid.

There was another minor RP incident earlier in the match. Sounds like RP is frustrated these days resulting in him being overly sensitive

Threw it on the grass and not on the road. He probably was waiting for the ball to be bowled so he he can quickly take the selfie before the next ball is bowled.

Absolutely what wud have happened to him in australia then.

He went n did well in 2007-08 but inner frustation creeps in when ur not doing well , like he is nowere today. He shud take his frustation out in gym not at dinner table

Well he was our best bowler in Australia and Pakistan roads of 04-05 series .So thats probably never an issue .
