Ultimate_Game Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 I would like to see the following changes in the squad... 1. Backup spinner for Ashwin in case Ashwin's injury worsens. 2. Add Shami to the squad and play him in place of Ishant. 3. Replace Mukund with Shreyas Iyer or another batsman. In case Vijay is not fit I say let Iyer or even Saha open the way Mongia or Parthiv did a few times.

This question was - are selectors going to announce same squad, what are the selectors going to do? As far as my changes, I'd bring in Aniket Choudhary for Hardik Pandya in squad, and if M. renjith Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Vijay if fit needs to come back in place of mukund. Not the lack of runs but the way mukund plays he does not seem cut out for intl cricket. He may succeed against lesser quality attacks but that is not Wat we want in the longer run.
