Can't figure out why our slip catching and close-in fielding is so poor in general given our fielding is pretty good and the players coming through are generally fit and athletic. Simply no reason to be such a poor catching side.

NameGoesHere Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Nair's is an error generated from shoddy preparation, so I'm not sure what would be an appropriately just punishment. I would almost consider dropping the guy next Test, but it could be cutting off one's nose to spite your face kind of thing. Some punishment needs to be devised- anyone can make an error, but to make it because you're not working/practising right is not on. sandeep 1
