IPL more entertaining than CT

I find t50 slow now. IPL is the way to go. Start with two more teams. Play in middle east. Make it global brand.

IPL is much more fun with closer games - most teams are competitive and the quality is more evenly spread.

 

International cricket and this CT especially is boring and lacks quality - the gulf between the handful of decent teams and the rest is massive. One sided games and crap weather suck out any form of entertainment.

IPL is only entertaining because of the trolling otherwise cricket quality is subpar compared to international cricket. I would watch India matches all day over IPL and twice on Sundays.

I'd say IPL or Twenty20 is certainly more entertaining than 50 overs. This has always been a great format but frankly the shorter one is way more entertaining, quick, and not much to spend to watch the game

IPL is more for trolling where results do not really matter. CT, or any other ICC tourney, is a different matter altogether where you are on the tenterhooks all the time wishing your team to a win

I mean c'mon, does anyone seriously want us to believe that as an Indian one cares more about Mumbai Indians or Delhi Daredevils or any other IPL team winning or losing more than the Indian team in any ICC tourney?

 

That alone makes CI superior.  Push comes to shove I would prefer the most boring ICC game involving India than the most exciting IPL game.  Not sure how it can be otherwise.
