He was the reason we won against Pak .He took most of Pak fast bowling in group stage match.In odis currently he is best opener in all conditions better than even Warner.

Sad part is Sharma will score at home or against BD/SL again and keep his avg up and people will believe in his legacy .

Thanks for bringing that up . There lies the actual problem , he takes 80 balls to settle and every match he plays less than that he screws the team badly and days like today when we are chasing and we needed him to anchor the innings hes mentally not up there to play 70 balls . 

its only when he scores a big hundred hes useful to the team , which can unlikely be very often even batting first .

I wanted to post just drop him for the final or push him down to #4 for the final because after a big innings, he invariably fails. He is not a proper opener and needs to be removed from opener's spot or else we will end up taking a risk in every game. He can serve well at #4 as he is now a senior player and is capable of clearing the field easily.

He scored a hundred after 18 months. So let's see, 2019 is most likely when the next one will happen.

Rohit is poor starter against spin so he is best utilized at top.He got a good ball ,He has improved his off stump play by leaps and bounds.

For people who are suggesting play him down the order , you guys are forgetting he was barely averaging 30 at 70 sr before in the middle order .Hes the same Rohit sharma , nothing has changed in his game lol
