I have observed Mayank have such periods of golden form on a couple of occasions before only to come a cropper when not in form.

On a serious note for me Mayank is a serious talent, he should be in the reckoning for A tours n test cricket.

he's a spinner. spinners rarely bowl at that pace, except a few.

Batsman Abhishek Nayar was today dropped from the Mumbai Ranji Trophy squad for their must-win game against Tripura.

He  had a difficult Ranji season this year managing only 130 runs at 18.57 and eight wickets.

They are trying to give Himmat Singh a chance and more chances to Tokas and and Manan who has done well earlier. Also playing is Kunal Chandela who is making debut.

 

Did not find anything on both Saini and Rana. They wanted to probably rest them and play this younf Delhi side under Pant and Gambhir since Delhi already qualified.

They should have continued with Rana at least. Don’t know why they are resting him when he is scoring runs.
