You do realise that as a fast bowler , when bowling he will inhale lot more oxygen than normal and this will be inhaling the polluted air and liable to getting sick ?

I don't know how people can still make excuses. This is really bad for the country's image.  Indian players are also wearing masks

Now Lakmal is walking off. He is not even waiting for the physio to have a look at him. Sri Lanka running out of bowlers. Another meeting between the umpires and Chandimal. A mini drinks break also being taken. The Sri Lankan team manager Asanka Gurusinha is on the field talking to the umpires. And here comes the Indian coach - Ravi Shastri. He is walking out with some intent,

Looks like BCCI is throwing its weight instead of addressing the issue. Shameful.

What a surprise, lankans now wanting the test match to be stopped. 16,000 Indian fans in the crowd + 11 Indian players- no masks, no sickness. Only Lankans bechareh are feeling sick. If they try and pull a fast one here, forfeit the match and cancel ODI and t20 series. These idiots have no respect- this series held at the expense of Indian cricket to prop them up financially. What a bunch of ingrates.

Master stroke from Kohli to declare, show that Indian players don't feel sick when bowling. Only 2 batsmen need to play at a time, if they are unfit they can retire hurt giving victory to India. Puts an end to the multi player shenanigans from SL and less scope to hold up the game. Have to say this is an oscar award winning performance by lankans, you'd think they are in Hiroshima and nagasaki.

I am always surprised when any sports event or matter of fact prestigious events held in Delhi

when you hear about the air quality levels, it sounds dreadful, once heard it’s equivalent to smoking two packs of ciggerate a day!

Hyderabad and pune have become quite bad... I have lived there recently... Plus they don't even have the positives that delhi has...
