Afghanistan apart from their spinners have an average team. Naveen ul Haq is a decent pacer, but the bloke has already played a couple of matches at the international level in 2016, I believe. Arshad Iqbal from Pakistan is someone I’m really excited about; tall, strong and generates good pace and bounce. You can watch a couple of deliveries here: https://www.icc-cricket.com/video (he is the one bowling first) The English captain and Jacks have also looked quality batsman, in the mound of your typical modern day English batsman. Hasan from Bangladesh, hits the deck hard and generates some pace (133-136 kph).
