Maybe he is just suggesting, not dictating.  Maybe some journo asked him "How many year contract should coach be given?"  And he said "Three."

My point is Kohli can have an input but no more.

Losing respect for Kohli now, thought he would be different from the disaster named MSD. :wall:

Kohli has grown up in the team where captain got undue favours from BCCI president and enjoyed full power so Kohli also wants it.

Lol, good one, no offense, I know u r a Bhuvi fan, but why hate Virat n this love for Dhoni?

I don't hate virat nor do I love Dhoni.

I am neutral .They both have positives and negatives.

I do believe Kohli needs his guidance in a big tournament like this ...specially if he has strained relations with coach.

That will help kohli's batting too otherwise the pressure will weigh him down.

I also do think Dhoni should be rested for light weight bilaterals and we should blood Pant / ishaan .

I may have come across as anti virat during ipl because rcb ke against sab chalta ...it is just some harmless fun .:nevermind:

By this logic anyone growing up in Stalinist USSR or Nazi Germany would also want to be a dictator?

In fact the trend is quite the opposite.

Those who grow up under controlling repressive regimes yearn the most for democracy.
