Cricketics Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Kartik Tyagi, the 17 year old is playing his first domestic Season and has been doing pretty well in his first season. He took 3/29 yesterday against Himachal. He played lot of Vijay Merchant cricket earlier and then was picked by UP earlier this season. He has a long way to go but may be few seasons from now he could show his real potential. It will be interesting to see how he progresses because he does have a good bowling action and in few years time would most likely be bowling faster than this. Rightarmfast and Under_Score 2
vvvslaxman Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Just before release he looks a bit like Bhuvi.

express bowling Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 (edited) I think he is a pacy bowler who can swing the ball ... and not just a swing bowler. Gets good bounce and zip off the deck. Has picked up 9 wickets from 4 List A matches this season, so far. Has debuted in Ranji this season and picked up 3 wickets from 1 game. Hopefully they can show some more UP games on tv, will be interesting to follow. He did not get the hype and hence could not get sold in IPL yet, but he has a lot of time and age which is good for him.
vvvslaxman Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 We have lot of noobs coming up. Nagarkoti, Gurbani, Mavi, Porel.

Ideally, fast bowlers need to start their international careers in their early 20s... so that they can bowl with pace for many years. In that way Avesh 21 Khaleel 20 Porel 19 Mavi 19 Nagarkoti 18 Tyagi 17 give us a nice bunch to develop for debut in 1 to 3 years Mosher, PBN, speedheat and 1 other 2 2

He has a good pace for his age and in 3-5 years time, could be the deal. Has an extremely smooth action.

He is the fast bowler in junior cricket in u17 category.

I have seen a lot of his bowling and his weapon is Pace and bounce.

We had z rookie as promising as him n was the highest wkt taker for U.P but under Mohd Kaif n his other bowlers being injured this guy was run to the ground, n never recovered Sudeep Tyagi.

Sudeep Tyagi is back and bowled well this season. He was bowling with good pace in the last Ranji game which they showed few months ago. Hopefully next season will be w good one for him. express bowling 1

I think he's very well suited for T20s and potentially ODIs.
