Oh. This is on tomorrow. Really Can't be arsed with any sport right now. Even cancelled plans to go to Durham to watch Yorkshire on Friday night as I don't feel up to it. A low key county T20 just doesn't cut it after tonight's disappointment and neither does yet another bilateral ODI series. The power of the football world cup.

Enjoy anyway. Might check the score, might not. Won't feel much emotion whatever happens.

It's really fascinating to see passionate fans irrespective of the sport. Hope the cricket world cup will just be as memorable. Tough luck.

Not exactly.English bowling is rubbish and I dont they will challenge Dhoni/Raina/Kartik enough to expose their failings if any.And it could bite us back just like CT17 final.

out of all the current lot (most team's bowling these days are rubbish - though, pakistan is doing a decent job atm) england seems to be doing the best job all round wise. We would be second. Aus needs to figure out their sh*t with injuries/bans.

Almost the same team as T20 will be played tomorrow. We don't have T20 specialists. We tend to play the same ones. Hope Raina is not played, but KKD is given a chance. Raina was dropped from the ODI squad and was only replacing Biryani Rayudu.

Problem with that is 6th bowler lack thereof. Raina can potentially bowl a couple. I wish Krunal was in

Oh i know bro but they should play that top 7. For some reason England want to play two allrounders in Stokes and Ali. Only 1 of them should ever play. 6 bowling options are too many.

no 6 bowling options are always needed, 5 less  which is our weekness

A 6th bowling option should only be required for one of the main bowlers in case they get injured. They have root for that. England should not be compromising their batting strength for an extra bowler

likes of root, raina, jadhav can max give u 3-4 overs after that they loose control as they are part timers

Someone like Krunal or moeen can give 7-8 overs n if needed 10

Its also not about injury, conditions have become so batting friendly that most bowlers are bound to have off days

It's just a shame it has to end. The way the whole country was taken over by something I'm actually interested in, unlike crap like Royal Weddings and the Olympics. Cricket unfortunately will never have that effect.

At full strength a 5 to 8 of Stokes, Buttler, Moeen, Woakes is more than good enough in the batting department, especially with Plunkett, Rashid and Willey/Wood to follow. Might as well go with the security of an extra bowling option.

This has never worled out well for England in crunch games or in difficult conditions. Playing Moeen against India could be suicidal if he gets tonked by our batsmen because he is the most likely to fail with the bat.

If moeen will get tonked, imagine how badly will a part timer root get tonked

Moeen atleast will do well against sides who dnt play spin that well like Aus
