Shami's date of birth is March 9, 1990, implying his age to be 28 years. However, his class 10 marksheet and driving license has different figures mentioned on it. While, the date of birth on the marksheet is January 3, 1984, the same on the driving license is May 5, 1982 implying his age to be 34, 36 respectively.

Shami looks easily 32 min and 36 max to me.

that is why he becomes so stiff after one spell of bowling.  Look at Ishant, he can bowl with same intensity whole day, even Yadav.  Shami runs in like his legs are tied with a rope by his 2nd spell. it happened on day 1 itself.

Is it a bait for me? Praising Ishant quoting me.

Jahan, in her post,  wrote that Shami made a fool out of the Board of Control for Cricket in India  and Cricket Association of Bengal to play in age-group cricket.

Jahan wrote. friends, the real birth year of Shami Ahmed. He made a fake birth certificate and has fooled everyone by showing his birth year as 1990. He fooled BCCI, CAB and also public by making a fake birth certificate that allowed him to play Under-22 cricket. Imagine the injustice done to a genuine 22-year-old cricketer who was denied a place in under-22 team because of Shami,”

Some more drama, whatever his age is he looked lot more fitter n leaner to me in 1st testmatch than what I have seen of him in south Africa, he def. looks overage but  I don't  mind his age as long as he shows same intensity and hunger.

What, really? There's a massive difference between 30 and 34 or 36, if he really is that old then we can't rely on him for long spells.

Anderson is 36.  it is all about fitness.  Anderson is super-fit. Shami isn't.

Hence age matters for him, or he needs to get fitter but I know that won't happen, seeing Zak and other pacers of the past.

We can if he stay fit, not saying he is 36 but more like 30-32 defo not 28.
