The Bharatiya Janata Party’s plan to immerse the ashes of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Nagaland’s Doyang river has been labelled an imposition of “alien rituals” on the Christian-majority State.

Fundamentalist Christians at it again, now Hindus can't even immerse ashes in rivers in that state. Imagine the plight of Naga Hindus who constitute 9% of the state's population. 

 

Worth considering that Vajpayee was the first PM to start integrating the state with mainland India, he was a true well wisher of the Nagas who started the Naga peace process....see how the tolerant people are repaying him.

To me sounds like he's somewhat justifying radical Hindus in future desecrating churches since those structures are alien to their way of life anyway.
