This is the difference between dhawan and pujara in outside SC conditions. With pujara you at least know if he gets set there's a chance of him scoring a 60-70 be it once in 6-7 innings but with dhawan you always know he'll get out any time before 40 even if he looks well set ,he's a proper hack

Azhar Ali is easily several levels abpve Dhawan in outside Asia. 

 

In turners, both will suck. 

 

Flat track in Adia, Dhawan is better. 

We are talking about current form. Dhawan is head and shoulder above Azhar.
