you cannot use your wrist a lot without bending your elbow especially when delivering a ball at 22 yards unless you have rubbery wrist.  try doing that.

I watched him bowl & honestly felt his regular deliveries were fine. But he bowled a doosra before tea on day 3 & it definitely looked dodgy.
