He has had one really good inning in 2007 t20 WC SF against Australia. Apart from there he's had a couple good outings. Otherwise he's been God awful. He is the reason why we have not won a title since IPL started.

Out of those lost T20 WC,India didn't even reach in SF in 3 of them.(09,10 and 12)

 

Still these people start pouncing on Kohli who has captained only 1 ICC tournament yet.

I always thought he applied the same methodology in T20s as in ODIs and that lead to his mediocre record in T20s.There is no time for  "taking your time" in T20s and he started to realize it just 1-2 years back lol but his abilities have deserted him now.

Unfortunately for him even ODIs have evolved with the 4 fielder rule etc rendering him useless in that format also with the bat.
