Also India is a backward country is a very lazy argument. Misogyny exists everywhere. For example in Silicon Valley they are trying too hard these days to show that even women can code. Usually it’s a good looking chick who is presented as a lead developer just for the visual aesthetics of it, however we had typical Aunty looking types who worked in our space programs and Are authentic geniuses and not picked on quota. These may be personal trends of some feminists, but it is not what actual feminist movement represents, which is EQUAL Rights for women. It is only this feminist movement which brought equal rights to the women for the first time in the human history, otherwise all Religions were busy in usurping the rights of the women for the last thousands of years. And for this usurpation of rights of women, they used the deception of giving RESPECT to the women. Thanks to this feminist movement that those dark ages for women are gone. People focus on the extremes and ignore the core of the movement and its necessity. As it's easier to come to flimsy conclusions than to critically think about the subject. The issue with any of these new movements, they disturb the status quo. Earlier, it were the religious elements who compelled the kids to take the course of becoming straight and leave their natural homosexual leanings. Thanks to education, now it has been banned in US (all states) and no one could compel their children to take these straight becoming courses. In Western schools, they don't teach you transsexuality, but they teach all genders are ok including homosexuality and there should be no prejudice against anyone. Therefore, it is not equal to "promoting" tanssexuality etc, but it is equal to "non-oppression" of any gender. Naturally, if no religious oppression is present, then automatically homosexuals will get enough chance to get themselves promote (but not at the cost of others, as no one is oppressing the other genders). But for the Christian religious people, this non-oppression against homosexuality is equal to supporting it, which is totally wrong and only a propaganda. These are not even 0.001% cases of Toilet or Prison that you have mentioned. Is it really a justice to judge the whole feminist movement on the bases of these these 2 issues of toilet and the prison? And Toilet is not even a big issue while there are many places where there are only one Toilet for all, and still things could be managed. And Prisons are also not a big issue in the West while there are prisons in the West where both genders stay together. Especially they want to change the jail culture in Scandinavian countries and they are introducing mixed jails (at least for less dangerous criminals). I can understand why a trans person is not ready to go to the male prison, while even beautiful young men are raped in the prisons due to the crimes.
