NZ should win this 3-2/4-1 due to their home advantage & our middle order.

Not chance for India winning 4-1 .our middle order will expose here bcz we need atleast 330 above every game ..

In LOIs, 1-2 players can change a game so both teams have a chance. However, without Bumrah, our attack lacks zing with the new ball and at the death so fringe NZ batsmen can fire too. I am expecting Shami to be rested as well, therefore bowling could depend upon by and large how well the spinners do .... NZ might clinch this series

They will lose 4-1 as NZ is too strong .It won't be a bad thing.

4-1 or 5-0 nzl primarily because we dont have bumrah in the bowling department and we dont have big hitters in the lower order .

The odd match which we might win will be due to individual brilliance of any of the top3 or kuly/chabal

Still 3-2 possible here .

two points.

3-0 as of now.

Even if Kohli and Bumrah do not play - NZ have been defeated by Indian bowlers.

Meaning --> Taylor, Kane and Guptil -- the nearest any team came to Rohit/Dhawan/Kohli have been subdued defeated, except for Taylor the other two did not turn up.

This Indian bowling will do the same to Indian batting team if they played against each other. Its how tight the top 5 bowlers are bowling, not many freebies - constant pressure.  Its very difficult for NZ to beat India.

This same NZ top order will trash other bowling attacks that do not have accurate pace in first 10 and last 10 and high-quality wrist spin in not so flat and rough but not green surfaces, every day of the week.  It's just constant pressure - in cricket they do not track forced errors if they do then t will be apparent why NZ were trashed..

types after 10 similar predictions of Indian doom and he added you heard it first hehee..

Fluke.. wait for us to lose to the Aussies at home 4-1

We have already chickened out of playing against the mighty Zimbabweans at home.. otherwise we would lost that test too.. saves us the embarrassment.

need to drop rayudu..

Who do you want in his place?  There's no other batsman sitting out.

Rayudu failed, but to be fair, its not like he's blown 10 chances.  Either you drop him from the squad, or if he's your bench strength for WC, then give him some games.  Same applies to DK.

I'm not super confident about either, but dropping anybody on the back of such a game is not good.  Give them the meaningless 5th ODI to build up some confidence.  We still have 5 ODIs with Aus left for MS to get more practice.  And WC warm-ups as well.
