I really dont think the ban really affects these two guys... Ban should be lifted and their IPL contracts revoked for two years.... These two should be set precedence for their behavior and thoughts. .... More over dont see Rahul adding any value... Pandya maybe...

So you are saying that Bhuvi or Chahal can bat as a power-hitter  at no 7. Really?

 

Also it would be suicidal to play with just 2 pacers in England, especially if one of them is Bhuvi, who is as innocuous as a house cat on flat pitches!

Never said that. bats need to do their job and bowlers need to do theirs. 2 pacers and 3 spinners are fine in England and Bhuvi does not have to be one of those.

The important thing is that with such a slow middle order, we badly need a power hitter in the lower order. Jadeja, Shankar, Bhuvi are quiet capable with the bat but they don't have the ability or intent to go big like Pandya. Plus Pandya isn't a bad bowler compared to them and can field too.

 

Ideally I would play Bhuvi only against the Asian teams and WI. But looking at the way he has been backed by the TM, it's safe to say that he will play all the matches.
