What an absolute joke! You play every game to win and this close to a WC defeats such as this are moral shattering. We lost 4-0 last time; had a great chance to make it 4-1 here.

We are going to use international matches as practice now? I get that the series is won, but if you want to experiment then do it by trying out new players, not by deliberately making things harder for yourself. What next, top 3 should deliberately get out in the first rounds of the WC so that middle order can practice for the knockouts in possible similar situations and conditions?

Now people can say atleast they tried to makenit tough for them. Chasing low total would have been more testing here. I wanted to see see how Bradman and co would have approached the chase in the middle without Kohli.

Chasing even 250ish here without Kohli would have been a big challenge plus India are a bowler short today so it would have made far more sense to chase. Cricketics 1
