ShoonyaSifar Posted June 14, 2019 Posted June 14, 2019 2 100s in 4 matches, Root running away with it. May end up scoring most 100s in a WC
vvvslaxman Posted June 14, 2019 Posted June 14, 2019 This is a pathetic world cup. India might get another wash out. So basically kohli can't compete in this. Also lack of practice will hurt them.

Vijy Posted June 16, 2019 Posted June 16, 2019 VK has been quite good overall. avg of nearly 60 and a SR of slightly over 100. root is currently looking the best of the so-called fab four

chewy Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 Kohli could have had a 100 vs Pak but for his overly sportmanship

Stan AF Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 (edited) ^^^ . Root is ahead comfortably. Warner, finch and Rohit have better numbers as of now. Edited June 22, 2019 by Stan AF
Stan AF Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Great Great batting performance from Kane Williamson. Take a bow you little bearded lion. Easily the captain's knock so far in this WC. Came in at a desperate time steadied the ship and took it to a good score. Deserved a 150.

chewy Posted July 10, 2019 Posted July 10, 2019 Pretty clear after 4 ICC events since WC 2011, Kohli is a bottler Williamson bossing this WC, playing according to situation and guiding his team to key victories with bat, sometimes ball and most importantly brain. Kohli is a great batsmen, but in a World Cup, give me Williamson or Smith anyday over him. Three WCs now and not really racked up those big runs the other three are making. Making him captain of ODI side was a big mistake. Next IPL, this guy will be playing second fiddle to likes of Rohit Sharma, Williamson, Warner, Smith, Pant, Iyer. Adi BB and Unstable Joe 1 1
